Riverclub Security Village (RSV) has 140 residences. RSV is not a residents association. RSV is the NPC (accounts audited annually) responsible for arranging access control into this area, as regulated by JRA, and selects a preferred security service provider for boom management.

The monthly contribution collected covers:

• The contract and management interaction with the chosen security service provider to man the booms for access control.  Currently SDS Protection.
• The JRA boom application. This is submitted every 4 years, previously every 2 years, and costs can be as much as R80,000 for each application. This includes government gazette notices, submission of documents, attendance and representation at a Section 45(2) meeting.
• All equipment associated with our security – the CCTV system, physical booms, gates and the maintenance thereof.
• Insurance of all equipment.
• Public Liability Insurance.
• The Calculated Solution who handle the financial administration and monthly contributions on behalf of RSV.
• Maintenance of certain areas.  For example cutting the grass on Coleraine Drive between Jukskei Drive and Marico Drive and along Ballyclaire between Coleraine Drive and Klip Road.
