CoNTRIBUTIONS
Contribution Objectives
Contributions from residents (homeowners, landlords, tenants, etc) are vital for the continued functioning of River Club Security Village and for us to provide the various benefits, including, most importantly, improved security.
Our objective is to maintain levels of at least 75% in terms of contributions, as well as to limit annual increases to around inflation.
Currently, we are averaging around 74% contributions. So thanks for talking to your friends and neighbours and asking them to support us.
Let’s continue to do so and also push to try to achieve 80% contributions.
Please note that security and related costs are our biggest factor in determining annual increases. It accounts for 85% of our monthly expenditure, followed by administration at 12%.

Partial contributors are generally RSV Members who have contributed fully for a significant period of time in the past but due to various circumstances can no longer contribute the full amount. We usually handle such houses on a case by case basis and accept a partial contribution.
The Riverclub Golf Course is also a valued member of the Riverclub Security Village and contributes. We thank the Riverclub Golf Course for their continued support.
